Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pin codes). Delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons, national holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹79. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional handling charge of ₹49, applied at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
5. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times. Delivery to certain locations may not be possible — you will be notified at checkout.
6. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to two times. After that, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after investigation.
