1. Return Window

We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, innerwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page, custom-stitched or personalised orders, and items damaged due to misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the delivered order, and click "Request Return". Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Pickup

For eligible returns, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. In areas not serviceable by our logistics partners, you may be asked to self-ship the item; the shipping cost (up to ₹150) will be reimbursed as store credit.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to stock availability. To exchange, initiate a return as described above and select "Exchange" as the reason. Your replacement order will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) or as store credit, at your choice. COD refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from your account under "My Orders". Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return instead. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 3–5 business days.
