Return Window

We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale/clearance items, innerwear, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Custom-stitched orders cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
